Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class support to French-speaking clients regarding complex transportation and logistics inquiries.
- Manage high-volume passenger and freight communications via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve technical and operational service issues to ensure seamless transportation experiences.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regional and international transportation regulations and policy updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer service workflows within the transport sector.
- Proactively monitor shipment or travel statuses to provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards in the transportation industry.
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (required for all applicants).
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or high-end customer service is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in English for internal professional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to professional excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while remaining a collaborative team member.
