Your Responsibilities- Support small and medium-sized businesses via phone, chat, and email.
- Assist clients with Meta’s advertising products and digital tools.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Resolve customer issues and deliver excellent service.
- English proficiency at C1 level or above.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- Team spirit and willingness to learn.
- Intensive training to prepare you for success.
- Private health and dental insurance after contract signature, subject to eligibility requirements.

- Work Model: On-site.
