Your area of responsibility: As part of our commitment to strengthening identity management, we are seeking a skilled and motivated
Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist
to join our team. In this key role, you will design and implement secure identity and access solutions and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Identity & Access Management : Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), implement Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust principles, manage privileged identity governance. Cloud Architecture & Integration:
Design secure integrations between M365, Azure services, and third-party systems, support automation and scripting (PowerShell, Graph API) for identity-related tasks, cross-Functional Collaboration, work closely with IT Services, CMS, and global teams to align identity and compliance efforts Your qualification:
Educational Requirements : Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field Work Experience : 3+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud technologies with a focus on Identity & Access Management and Microsoft Entra ID. Technical Skills : Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity governance. Experience implementing Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust principles. Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. Solid knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks. Language skills : Very good command of written and spoken English. Personal Attributes : Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, proactiveness, adaptability, and collaboration skills in an international environment.
