Jobgether is recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel (Generalist) on behalf of a partner company. This role is designed for a senior legal professional who thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact environments. You will act as a strategic legal partner to the business, owning mandates end-to-end. The position combines corporate, commercial, and regulatory responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions, requiring both depth and agility to support international expansion, complex transactions, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives, including entity structuring, market entry strategy, and regulatory approvals.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial agreements (trading, technology, vendor, service, and partnership contracts).
Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment structures.
Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks in key markets and translate developments into actionable guidance.
Manage and coordinate external counsel to ensure cost-efficient and high-quality legal outcomes.
