Your tasks Support and coordinate initiative transitions and, where agreed, take the lead for transition execution of IT services and responsibilities to the IT Hub in Lisbon using defined transition frameworks and playbooks Act as a key interface between the Lisbon IT Hub, business stakeholders and delivery organisations, ensuring transparency, alignment and engagement throughout transition activities Coordinate all transition phases including preparation, shadowing, reverse shadowing, cutover and hypercare where applicable Organise and ensure effective knowledge
