The team operates under a full Dev Ops mindset, ensuring that developers own the complete lifecycle of the software — from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Working in an Agile environment, the team collaborates closely to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.Responsibilities- Develop and maintain backend services using. NET, C#, EF Core, and SQL Server.- Design and evolve microservices that are scalable, secure, and resilient.- Own the full Dev Ops lifecycle: build, test, deploy, monitor, and support services.- Collaborate with an Agile/Scrum team, contributing to planning, reviews, and retrospectives.- Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.What are we looking for:- 2–3 years of experience in backend development with. NET and C#, building clean, reliable, and scalable services.- 2–3 years working with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server, designing efficient data models and queries.- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with microservices architecture, including service design, APIs, and distributed systems.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.Soft Skills- Collaborative team player, with clear communication and a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.- Strong ownership and accountability, embracing the full Dev Ops lifecycle from build to run.- Proactive and adaptable, with a continuous‑learning attitude and strong problem‑solving drive.What We Offer:- Range Salary: 25k – 35k annually (gross value) – this value depends in your proven experience.- Up to 6 extra vacation days (depending on attendance).- Employee Assistance Program (includes free psychological and nutritional consultations.
