Job OverviewWe are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team as Portuguese Speaking Social Media Content Moderators in Athens. This Portuguese Speaking Social Media Content Moderators position in Greece offers a unique opportunity to shape the safety and quality of online communities within the fast-paced social media industry.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and moderate social media content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety policies
- Investigate reports of user violations and take appropriate action to maintain a healthy digital environment
- Collaborate with international teams to refine moderation processes and social media standards
- Stay updated on trending topics and cultural nuances relevant to the Portuguese-speaking audience
- Provide high-quality feedback to improve the overall user experience on major social platforms
- Handle sensitive content with discretion and professional maturity
- Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with industry benchmarks for social media safety
- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in English for corporate communication
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- A strong interest in the social media industry and current digital trends
- Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, for this exciting role
- Previous experience in moderation or customer support is considered an advantage
