Discover the Role
As an Accounting & Tax Team Leader you will be responsible for a team of 5-7 people in the Accounting & Tax Department. You will ensure that the quality of the deliverables and the workflow in the team follows TMF standards, while building high level relationships with feeders, clients and third party suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review closing figures. - Assist managers with technical GAAP interpretations and doubt/problem solving. - Review GAAP conversions (mappings). - Ensure the correctness and in time preparation of deliverables. - Detect and escalate potential risks for directors or suspicious movements.
Tax Compliance
- Validate VAT, Withholding tax and CIT final draft forms. - Ensures all required tax forms are completed - Detect and escalate potential risks from client tax obligations. - Manage tax audits together with
