About the job French Customer Service Agent Opportunity in BragaWe are seeking highly proficient French-speaking individuals based locally in Braga to join our thriving customer support team. This is a chance to start or advance your career in a dynamic, hybrid/on-site role, focusing on providing excellent service to our French customer base.
Position SummaryThis full-time position as a Customer Service Agent involves handling customer inquiries and issues primarily in French. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for communication across various channels, including telephone, email, and live chat.
Mandatory Requirements- Language Skills:
- French: Absolutely essential, requiring Native-level fluency (C2) . All primary customer interactions will be conducted in French.
- Local Residence & Work Eligibility: This vacancy is exclusively targeted at local candidates who are already legally eligible to work in Portugal. No relocation assistance is offered.
- Documentation Accepted: Applicants must possess one of the following valid proofs of residence/citizenship:
- A valid Residency Card (must be valid for over one year).
- EU Citizenship documentation.
- A valid Refugee Card .
- Location: Braga, Portugal (Blended model: partly on-site, partly remote).
- Equipment: All necessary work equipment (e.g., computer, headset) will be provided by the company.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer care or a contact center is beneficial but not a prerequisite ; motivated beginners are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Start Date: Thursday, 8th January 2026.
- Operational Hours:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
- Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 .
- Rest Days: Enjoy a fixed two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
