Its time to burst the bubble, and we will do it together What You'll do: Support the evolution of Mainframe ALM systems within the Software Architecture workstream; Develop and maintain batch and online applications in COBOL; Write, analyze, and debug JCL jobs, procedures (procs), and steps; Develop REXX scripts and utilities to automate operational tasks; Use ISPF for file management, editing, and navigation in TSO environments; Manage and monitor batch schedules using Control-M, optimizing job flows; Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery; Identify and automate repetitive tasks, contributing to modernization efforts; Hybrid Work Model. What You Are: Minimum 5 years of experience in Mainframe environments; Proven expertise in COBOL, JCL, ISPF, REXX, and Control-M (REXX experience is mandatory); Knowledge of VSAM, DB2, and CICS (optional); Understanding of Mainframe DevOps tools (GoCD, Nexus, JFrog, Git for Mainframe) is a plus; Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and attention-to-detail skills; Excellent teamwork and communication abilities; Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (preferred).
