1100€ x 14 Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home. On top of the salary

CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a German-speaking Content Moderator for an exciting e-commerce project based in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural team, working in a fast-paced environment that values high standards of quality and compliance. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that products and services meet quality and legal standards across a popular e-commerce platform.
Your Day to day that means review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics. Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures. Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes. Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks. Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week. What you need
Native-level fluency in German and good command of English (B2 level minimum). Strong communication and decision-making skills. Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset. Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment The rest of the package
