Job Overview We are currently looking for motivated professionals to join our team for a Czech Speaking Reservations Agent For Booking.com position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support for travelers and partners on the Booking.com platform.
Manage accommodation reservations, cancellations, and modifications with professionalism and efficiency.
Resolve complex travel-related queries to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Act as a brand ambassador for Booking.com, maintaining premium service standards in the travel industry.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless travel experiences for a Czech-speaking clientele.
Utilize internal CRM systems to accurately document all interactions and booking status updates.
Contribute to the overall success of the team by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) in the travel sector.
Requirements
Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
Proven ability to navigate travel industry booking platforms effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-end customer service.
