A Customer Service Representative role with our client Pet Nutrition focused on supporting pet owners, resolving product-related inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service within an international BPO environment. What you'll do- A Customer Service Representative role with our client Pet Nutrition focused on supporting pet owners, resolving product-related inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service within an international BPO environment. Model: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal) Working Schedule: Monday–Friday | 08:00–17:00 In short: Customer support + pet nutrition + international BPO environment
- Native or near‑native level of Polish English B2+
- Strong customer service and complaint‑handling skills
- Genuine interest in pets and animal wellbeing
- Able to work on‑site in Lisbon
- Available Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
- Available for the full 5‑day training
€1,059 – €1,318 per month (gross)
Note how the two figures work: the lower one already has accommodation deducted, because the company provides the room. You are not comparing a lower salary — you are comparing a salary with rent already paid.
