We are looking for an Technician Production Support & Sys Admin Responsibilities : Support and monitor the cash equities execution platform to ensure stability and optimal performance Build and enhance monitoring to prevent and quickly resolve issues. Deploy production changes with precision ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining the integrity of the platform. Work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements. Manage incident including detailed analysis and reporting to maintain high service levels. Requirements : Application support experience. Core Unix/Linux skills. Knowledge of network technologies and protocols – specifically TCP and UDP. Basic scripting skills (Unix/Linux shell, Python, Perl for scripting, any other programming language, e.G. C, C++, Java). Basic SQL knowledge. SLog management: Splunk, ELK, Gray log, Loki. Network monitoring: Corvil. Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL/Maria DB, KDB/q. Messaging: Tibco, Solace, IBM MQ, LBM, Kafka. Observability and monitoring: ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana.
