We are looking for an IAM Specialist to join a cybersecurity team responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of Identity & Access Management solutions . This role plays a key part in ensuring secure access to systems and applications , supporting compliance, risk reduction, and a strong security posture across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions (user lifecycle, access provisioning, deprovisioning) Manage user identities, roles, and access rights across applications and systems Implement and maintain access control models (RBAC, least privilege) Support authentication and authorization mechanisms (SSO, MFA) Integrate applications with IAM platforms Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents and access issues Support access reviews, recertification campaigns , and audits Contribute to compliance with security and regulatory requirements Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams Document processes, procedures, and IAM standards Required Skills & Experience Experience in Identity & Access Management Knowledge of IAM concepts: User lifecycle management Role-based access control (RBAC) Segregation of Duties (SoD) Experience with IAM tools (e.G. SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak, ForgeRock, One Identity – or similar) Understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAP Knowledge of security best practices and risk management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Language Skills English: B2 Hybrid Work: 2/3x on-site in Lisbon
