We are currently seeking a passionate Housing Supervisor in charge of managing employee´s Santo - Madeira ;The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the cleaning / Maintenance department on all Job orders and ensure that each job order is accomplished and done accordingly.Monitor, evaluate, inspect and implement the necessary actions to maintain the overall housing condition up to the required living standards.Solve problems raised by the residents in their accommodation.Prepare housing related records, reports and statistics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis accordingly.Ensure proper / standard preparation of all units in the facility.Review all damage / maintenance reports of the facility and ensure that all internal / external areas are clean, safe and in good orderKey Requirements2-5 years of employment in a related position, with good housekeeping experienceHands on profileWorking knowledge of MS Office;Excellent communication skillsReliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressureA team person
