We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Driver to join our transportation team in Porto, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and passengers to their designated locations. This position also requires excellent time-management skills and the ability to navigate through traffic efficiently. Accommodation is provided for this position, making it an ideal opportunity for graduates and foreigners looking to work in the transportation industry. The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
Responsibilities
Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and regulations
Transport goods and passengers to designated locations in a timely manner
Plan routes and schedule pick-up and drop-off times
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents
Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Proven experience as a Driver or similar role preferred
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to navigate through traffic efficiently
Good communication skills in English or Portuguese (bilingual preferred)
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds if needed
