About the Role We are seeking for a highly motivated FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A Team at Corporate Services. As part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding multinational organization, the FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality financial insights to support executive decision‑making at Group level. This position integrates responsibilities that require both strong analytical and reporting capabilities , as well as a solid understanding of financial statements in a multinational business environment . The role will contribute to budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring processes, while ensuring financial governance, data reliability and continuous improvement of financial processes and tools. Key Responsibilities Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations , and executive‑level documentation to support strategic decision-making. Analyse financial performance (revenue, margins, costs, working capital, investment, cash flow, KPIs) across business units and geographies. Support the development of budgets, forecasts, rolling estimates and variance analysis. Identify risks, deviations, and opportunities, recommending improvements to strengthen financial reporting integrity. Tools, Systems & Methodologies Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Group’s planning and reporting systems . Assist in the integration of new entities, tools, and reporting structures into the Group framework. Contribute to the optimization of FP&A processes, data models, and methodologies. Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support Work closely with local finance teams across multiple geographies to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely reporting. Provide analytical support to strategic projects and corporate initiatives. Participate in Group-wide financial improvement actions and best-practice implementation. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, Economics, Information Management , or similar. 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, finance audit, corporate finance, consulting, or other relevant financial roles. Solid knowledge financial analysis (experience in multinational environments is valued). Skills & Technical Knowledge Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to challenge business performance. Ability to communicate complex financial topics in a clear and structured manner to top management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word ). Knowledge of Power BI, SAP , and data analytics tools is an advantage. Results-oriented, dynamic, and capable of influencing and partnering with various stakeholders. Team player with strong collaboration skills, resilience and ability to work under pressure. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
