How your day will look like: As a Real Estate Manager/Consultant or Private Broker, your days will be dynamic and focused on high-value client management and property transactions within the luxury segment. Client Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth national and international clients. Property Promotion: Presenting and promoting the luxury property portfolio in the Algarve region. Negotiation: Managing the entire sales process, from property visits to closing the deal. Market Analysis: Staying updated on the premium real estate market trends. Proactive Prospecting: Identifying new business opportunities and managing your goals autonomously. Requirements Execute commercial strategies with a focus on results and customer satisfaction. Provide personalized, high-quality service, compatible with the luxury segment's excellence standards. Maintain impeccable personal presentation and professional ethics. Utilize state-of-the-art digital tools to support commercial activities. Autonomously manage your priorities and professional objectives. Ensure mandatory prerequisites: Residency in the Algarve region (Albufeira, Loulé, Portimão, Faro, Silves, Tavira, Lagos), driver's license, and own vehicle.
