Job OverviewWe are currently seeking ambitious professionals for the French Speaking Microsoft Technical Support Experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities- Provide expert technical assistance to enterprise and consumer clients regarding Microsoft software suites and cloud infrastructure
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring high-quality resolution in the information technology (IT) sector
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical interactions to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to resolve advanced escalations within the IT environment
- Act as a primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, delivering a premium support experience
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies to provide cutting-edge guidance and support
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases to improve collective problem-solving capabilities within the IT department
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece
- Proven interest or experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for French-speaking jobs of this caliber
