For L1 roles: Fluent in German (at least B2 level) OR possess IT knowledge. For L2 roles: Knowledge of English (common in the IT field) is required. For L2 roles: Previous experience in similar support roles is required. No prior experience is required for L1 roles. Candidates must reside around Porto, Portugal.
