Alfresco Developer

We are looking for an experienced professional to maintain, optimize, and further develop a Document Management System based on Alfresco. The role combines application development, system administration, integrations, and technical support, ensuring the platform remains stable, secure, and aligned with evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and administer the Alfresco environment, ensuring system stability, availability, and optimal performance. Monitor and manage key components, including Content Store, databases, and Apache Solr indexes. Manage users, roles, permissions, and access configurations. Design and develop custom content models, rules, behaviors, and workflows according to business requirements. Develop and customize solutions using Alfresco Content Services (ACS), Alfresco Share and/or Alfresco Application Development Framework (ADF). Configure and develop workflows using Alfresco Process Services / Activiti. Plan and execute Alfresco upgrades, patches, and technical improvements. Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and intranet platforms. Implement integrations using REST APIs, CMIS, and Web Services. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, investigating and resolving application issues, bugs, incidents, and performance bottlenecks. Requirements:

Proven experience with Alfresco Content Services (ACS), including architecture, installation, configuration, and administration. Experience with Alfresco Application Development Framework (ADF) and/or Alfresco Share is highly valued. Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Framework. Knowledge of Apache Solr configuration and administration. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle. Solid understanding of REST APIs, CMIS, and Web Services. Experience working with Linux environments and Apache Tomcat. Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in enterprise application environments.
