Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping customers? Join an international team providing top-quality support to users of a leading tech company. In this role, you’ll ensure customers have a smooth experience, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their online orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
- Handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Work closely with internal teams, carriers, and financial institutions to resolve issues.
- Proactively identify and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction across all channels.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German (mandatory) and advanced English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently when needed.
- Interest in professional development and performance metrics.
