Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company that has been operating in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Porto and specialize in the Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems across sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transport.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiter (mandatory).
- Knowledge of IT roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, meeting timelines and KPIs.
- Proficiency in Portuguese & English (mandatory).
