Responsibilities:
Design, develop and customize solutions within Dynamics 365 BC platform; Implement business requirements using plugins, workflows, and custom components; Configure and extend standard Dynamics 365 BC modules (Financial Management, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain Management); Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and Azure services; Ensure best practices in development, performance optimization and code quality; Support data modeling and management within Dataverse; Participate in solution design and technical decision-making; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions; Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes; Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field; Minimum 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC; Strong experience in customization, configuration and development within D365 BC; Hands-on experience developing plugins, workflows and custom business logic; Strong understanding of Dataverse (entities, relationships, data modeling); Experience with integrations (REST APIs, Azure services, Service Bus is a plus); Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy; Good communication skills and stakeholder interaction; Good level of English; Availability for a full remote model.
