We need an exceptional EMEA-based Product Management leader to own product management and strategy, to lead a team of eager and amazing product managers to deeply understand the needs and demands of our customers, and to build outstanding software tools for developers and application security teams. Essential for this role—you'll need to be a proven product leader, with experience leading and growing a team of awesome product managers, a proven ability to create profitable B2 B software solutions, with a passion for helping businesses succeed beyond their expectations.Responsibilities● Own the company’s product roadmaps, creating a winning vision for your portfolio as well as a can't-miss strategy to achieve that vision.● Inspire product managers to create roadmaps and prioritize product investments by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.● Manage and coach a team of product managers daily, helping to grow their skills and maximize their impact.● Deeply understand and evangelize the needs and demands of the application security market and create the product strategy to win in these segments.● Collaborate with R&D leadership to build game-changing products for our customers.● Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Support to successfully deliver these products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience.● Be a thought leader within and beyond company products, experiences, and technologies.
