At Lùkla, we partner with major European organisations to implement advanced technology and cybersecurity solutions. We are strengthening our Information Security practice and looking for an experiencedDLP Project Managerwith strong technical skills and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders. This role will be key in supporting our clients' global security strategy and ensuring the successful rollout of Data Loss Prevention programs. This position will be placed inLisbon or Porto. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Coordination Oversee the end-to-end rollout of DLP initiatives, including both technical implementation and communication activities. Coordinate actions across multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout all project phases. Integrate business teams at each stage of the project lifecycle (needs definition, validations, deployment). Communicate project status through committees, SharePoint, emails and other internal channels. Support & Governance: Act as a point of contact for DLP platforms, CISOs and DPOs. Provide support to DLP teams in understanding and applying Group requirements. Contribute with recommendations to strengthen DLP policies, existing measures or new controls. Ensure the delivery of all project-related documentation (procedures, user communications, knowledge base articles). Monitoring & Reporting: Define and monitor KPIs for DLP project coverage and performance. Report on the deployment and progress of DLP controls across the organisation. Ensure stakeholders remain informed and aware of their responsibilities throughout the project. Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts and technologies. General understanding of IT, cybersecurity, key processes and regulatory frameworks. Knowledge of technical and application architecture principles. Ability to interpret data, IT systems and cybersecurity risks, and connect them to compliance and data-management requirements. Knowledge of development and process automation. Advanced proficiency in Power BI. Language Skills: English — Mandatory (Mastery) French — Expert level
