Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer We are looking for aSenior Full-Stack Software Engineerto join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation Location:Lisbon or Porto Main Tasks: Design and developscalable full-stack applicationsin alignment with established technology roadmaps and best practices. Participate inrequirement gathering, solution design, andsystem architecturediscussions, contributing to both functional and technical excellence. Develop, maintain, and enhancefront-end interfacesandback-end services, ensuring high performance, usability, and security. Collaborate withcross-functional and globally distributed teamsto ensure cohesive system integration, testing, and deployment. Conduct thoroughintegration testingandUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)to guarantee application reliability and quality. ImplementSDLC best practices, emphasizingautomation,CI/CD pipelines, andlow-touch deployments. Promotecode qualitythrough peer mentoring, code reviews, and adherence to development standards. Proactively propose and drivetechnical improvements, adopting new frameworks, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency. Partner with central teams, architecture groups, and engineering leads to ensuresecure codingandrobust SDLC processes. Collaborate effectively withProduction Support (APS)and other IT teams to ensure smooth delivery and maintenance operations. Profile: Extensive experience infull-stack developmentusing modern frameworks and tools, with a strong front-to-back delivery mindset. Proficiency inJavaScript/TypeScript,Python, andJava. Hands-on experience withfront-end frameworkssuch asReact,Angular, or. Experience withback-end technologieslike,Django, orSpring Boot. Solid knowledge ofdatabase systems, including bothSQLandNoSQL. Experience working indistributed Agile teams, with tools such asJira,Bitbucket, andJenkins. Understanding ofsecure coding principles, functional design systems, and architectural patterns. Fluency inEnglish, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Nice to Have: Experience buildingmicroservicesandcontainerized applicationsusingDockerandKubernetes. Proficiency inDevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and monitoring tools. Familiarity with architectural decision-making frameworks andnon-functional requirementssuch as security, fault tolerance, and high availability.
