This is your opportunity to join at the ground level and help shape GBS from the inside out Your new Role: As anAP Specialist, you will support the Purchase to Pay process, which could include ensuring suppliers are paid in an efficient, compliant, and timely manner, managing supplier relationships, and carrying out the T&E process including employee support. Your responsibilities will include: Manage and respond to supplier inquiries in a timely manner. Investigate and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies. Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure accurate records. Validate and maintain vendor master data for accuracy and compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
