Procuramos Business Development Manager / Comercial Life Sciences(m/f) para integrar a Direção de Unidade de Desenvolvimento de Negócio do Instituto de Soldadura e Qualidade, em Oeiras Principais Responsabilidades: Atuar diretamente na coordenação com gestão de projetos, engenharia, laboratórios e QA, assegurando respostas rápidas e eficazes a RFI e RFQ na área de Life Sciences; Acompanhar de perto a atividade comercial do setor, identificando oportunidades e intervindo ativamente no ciclo de vendas; Reunir com partes interessadas em projetos estratégicos, recolhendo requisitos e liderando a preparação e submissão de propostas durante todo o processo; Redigir, ajustar e entregar propostas técnicas e comerciais na área de Life Sciences, garantindo clareza e competitividade; Assumir a liderança de equipas técnicas/comerciais transversais, orientando diretamente as atividades e removendo obstáculos para assegurar a satisfação do cliente; Criar e reforçar relacionamentos comerciais, explorando ativamente novas oportunidades de negócio e aplicações práticas; Recolher, analisar e preparar dados de mercado e previsões, traduzindo-os em insights acionáveis para a estratégia da indústria; Conduzir e coordenar relações institucionais estratégicas, negociações comerciais, e contatos operacionais com parceiros, associações, entidades governamentais e sociedades; Representar a organização de forma ativa emconferências, reuniões e feiras de negócios (nacionais e internacionais),promovendo diretamente produtos, serviços e know-how técnico. Qualificações:Licenciatura em Engenharia Química, Farmácia, Eng.ª Biotecnológica ou similar Experiência mínima de 2 anos preferencialmente numa atividade comercial no setor Life Science / Farmacêutico / Laboratórios de Análises Químicas; Domínio da língua inglesa, falada e escrita; Experiência em gestão de projeto (Opcional); Elevada proficiência nas ferramentas Office 365(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint) Disponibilidade para viajar;Carta de condução Local de Trabalho: OeirasSe estiver interessado/a nesta oportunidade e reunir as qualificações exigidas, poderá submeter a sua candidatura em EFETUAR CANDIDATURA AGORA ou consulte a página de Oportunidades doISQ.Os candidatos selecionados serão contactados no prazo máximo de 30 dias.
