We would like to meet a Junior IT Project Manager for a project with a hybrid working model in Porto, Portugal. All candidates must be in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects.
- Track project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations.
- Monitor project progress and help identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support project managers with resource and budget tracking.
- Ensure clear and effective communication across project teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, IT, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar is a plus.
