We are looking for fluent Dutch and English speakers to join our Customer Service team in Porto.
Key Requirements:Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken
C1 level English
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage stress and handle disputes or emergencies
Active listening and empathy when resolving customer issues
Ability to retain and manage large amounts of information
Experience in healthcare, technical support, or knowledge of diabetes/medical devices is a plus.
Benefits:€4,000 Welcome Bonus for Dutch speakers , paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year
€7.63 food allowance per working day
Shared accommodation available for up to 12 months for candidates relocating from outside Portugal
