Senior Automation Test Engineer (w/ AcceIQ)

.

Your Mission Will Be

Assess and recover the existing AccelQ automated regression test suite, identifying obsolete scripts, execution failures, and coverage gaps;

Develop, execute, and maintain reusable and scalable automated regression tests, ensuring the reliability and stability of the application;

Investigate test failures, identify root causes, and implement improvements to automation coverage and efficiency;

Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to support sprint and release testing cycles.

You Will Need

+ 5 years of professional experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Test Automation;

Proven hands-on experience with AccelQ;

Strong experience designing, developing, recovering, executing, and maintaining automated regression test suites using AccelQ;

Knowledge of test design, test coverage optimization, defect management, and automated testing best practices;

Ability to work independently, troubleshoot automation failures, and propose improvements;

CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit;

Fluency in Portuguese.

English proficiency (B2 or above).

Would Be Awesome If You Have

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas;

Experience recovering or modernizing large-scale automation test suites;

Advanced knowledge of AccelQ reusable components and automation best practices;

Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and performing API and end-to-end testing;

Familiarity with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalent test and defect management tools;

Previous experience in Agile environments;

English proficiency (B2 or above).
