We are now looking for a Senior Gen AI Engineer willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a remote project.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain Generative AI solutions in production environments- Integrate LLMs into real products and business workflows- Implement and operate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures- Develop AI-powered workflows and automations- Ensure high standards of software quality, reliability and maintainability- Define and apply sound engineering and architectural decisions- Promote a strong culture of testing, code quality and robustnessTechnical Profile:- Proven experience delivering Gen AI solutions in production- Hands-on experience with:- LLMs integration- RAG pipelines- AI-driven workflows and automations- Strong background in software engineering- Solid experience with clean, scalable and well-structured code- Strong focus on automated testing and solution reliability- Ability to work autonomously in complex technical contextsPersonal Profile:- Senior-level maturity and sense of ownership- Highly autonomous and hands-on- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Quality-driven mindset- Comfortable working in fast-changing and demanding environmentsWe believe we are the ones to, by:Providing a Multidisciplinary Team.
