The Offer:
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Conduct background checks and assist in offer negotiations.
Utilize various sourcing channels to attract top talent.
Maintain accurate records in ATS and HR systems.
Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.
Represent the company professionally and promote ethical recruitment practices.
Requirements:
Fluency in Italian and great communication skills in English;
Experience in recruitment- at least 6 months;
At least 6 months of recruitment experience.
On-site role with hybrid options available after onboarding;
Familiarity with Microsoft Office;
Salary package with very competitivebase salary

Initial training, and continuous learning opportunities;
Presential training with possibility ofHybrid work model;
12 months contract w/ 30 days trial
