We are looking for our client in the financial sector to hire aFunctional Architect / Techno-Functional Profile with strong knowledge of financial markets and risk management. This role is strategic and combines functional vision, pitch preparation and the ability to imagine future solutions. Key Responsibilities PreparePowerPoints, functional sheets, pitches, and presentations Analyze the market, gather requirements, andinterview clients Ask strategic questions toprepare the next 3–5 years roadmap Translate business needs into structured functional solutions SupportMOA teamsand align with IT teams Contribute toBAU activities(trading, clearing, settlement) Work closely with technical teams (Java / Architecture) Focus onfinancial risk management(market, counterparty, SPAN/VaR…) Required Hard Skills Senior profile with experience infinancial / capital markets sectors. Hands-on knowledge ofrisk management Technical background sufficient to interact with architects (with Java) Post-trade experience:trading, clearing, settlement, CCP, CSD Ability to createclear documentation and structured presentations Experience in designing functional solutions Soft Skills Fully autonomous (minimal onboarding) Strong communication and structured thinking Investigative mindset, synthesis, and product vision Línguas Fluent English (mandatory) Portuguese is a plus French is highly valued
