What You'll Do: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from Danish-speaking customers Deliver first-class guidance, answers, and solutions in a friendly, professional manner Troubleshoot minor technical concerns and escalate complex cases Actively listen to understand every customer's needs, ensuring satisfaction Work in a collaborative, international environment, sharing best practices and learning every day Who You Are: Fluent in Danish (C2) and English (B1) Strong communicator with a customer-first attitude Problem-solver, detail-oriented, and a team player Comfortable working onsite in Lisbon Holds a valid EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or relevant visa (under consultation) Why Join Us?
