PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Business Analyst - SAP S4/Hana Collaborating with departments across the Lead-to-Cash value chain to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for commercial processes. Embedding requirements in the appropriate position within the end-to-end process design and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Evaluating existing commercial processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements supported by data-driven insights. Defining functional needs together with TPOs, ensuring a consistent global template for S/4HANA Sales and VIS applications. Working with TPOs and IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that optimize sales and order management processes. Ensuring proper integration between SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, SAP BTP services, Salesforce CRM, and customer-facing applications. Providing guidance on the implications of process changes to stakeholders across the organization. Defining test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes aligned with business requirements. Executing functional tests for SAP S/4HANA template enhancements and VIS-managed application extensions. Supporting the transition to rollout and go-live teams, ensuring knowledge
