Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role: Event Management: Learn how to manage a training event in an international corporate environment Training Operations: Coordinate, track, and manage training activities using our Learning Management System; Handle local and global training requests Training Logistics: Support training registration, hotel booking, training rooms, billing information, and other logistics Stakeholder communication: Manage inquiries from vendors, participants, program managers, and trainers globally; Ensure cooperation with external suppliers Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed: You are a team player, with a proactive personality and good organizational skills. You are a great communicator with a strong customer orientation Education: Degree in Language Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar Tools & Systems: Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook); SuccessFactor and SAP are a plus Working Style: Structured, self-driven, with high-quality standards Experience: Events organization, learning management, or customer service experience is a plus Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus Please send us yourCV in Englishso we can get to know you better.
