Account Specialist for Digital Marketing Agencies

We are looking for an experienced Account Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for consulting with digital marketing agencies and optimizing their campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with digital marketing agencies on customer satisfaction and growth strategies
  • Analyze campaign data and optimize marketing investments
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive business results
  • Build relationships with agencies and colleagues, sharing expert knowledge and best practices
Requirements:
  • Native-level German language proficiency
  • B2 level English language proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, digital advertising, or PPC campaigns
  • Strong negotiation skills and/or ability to learn quickly
  • Familiarity with social media and online marketing products
  • Understanding of the value of excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive work style
What We Offer:
  • Fixed-term contract for one year, renewable annually
  • Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm (40hrs/week)
  • Training program (5 weeks)
  • Competitive salary package (€1033/month + bonus) including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included)
