At CBRE Portugal, within our Advisory and Transactions Offices team, we are currently seeking a Consultant to grow our team of dedicated professionals.
This role is based in the Oporto office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the drafting of proposals for representation of Occupiers, Investors and/or Owners.
Share with potential Occupiers the deals that best fit considering the available offer.
Supporting the drafting of mediation contracts-
Monitor all phases of the transaction, including follow-up visits, both on behalf of Occupiers and investors.
Identify market opportunities and trends that may create business advantages for the A&T Offices business.
Contribute to the acquisition of new Clients (Investor Leasing) and Occupiers (Tenant Representation).
Keep the page dedicated to A&T Offices, on the CBRE Portugal website, always updated.
Develop the customer database, including inserting demand and supply of Real Estate Properties.
WHAT CAN YOU OFFER US?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Relevant professional experience
- Strong interest in Commercial Real Estate
- Solid commercial profile
- Strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and in English. Good knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
- Advanced level in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Driving license
