Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.Your key responsibilitiesEffectively contribute in implementation, improvement and development of technical projects related with Corporate Taxation;Provide tax advice and planning services to a portfolio of projects for corporate multinational companies;Deliver multiple consultancy projects with a high level of efficiency and quality;Support in business tax services engagements;Identify and answer to complex corporate tax (both international and domestic) issues;Research tax issues to develop effective tax planning strategies;Translate complex data from a range of sources into client-ready insights and deliverables;Stay abreast of current tax, legal and business trends relevant to the client's business;Identify and react to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes;Develop and maintain long-term and trust client relationships and networks;Contribute to the team’s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best result.Skills and attributes for successTechnical rigor and attention to detail;High level of dynamism;Strong problem-solving skills;Efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment;Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge;A strong work ethic;Professional responsibility, confidentiality and integrity;Dedicated, innovative, resourceful and able to work under pressure;Team player and critical thinking;Forward thinker and self-starter.To qualify for the role, you must haveAcademic Degree in Tax, Economics or similar fields of study;1.5-2 years of work experience in tax business services;Relevant knowledge (and practical experience) about Corporate Tax;Professional background consulting environment is really valued, mainly in Big4, Second Tier companies and Law Firms;Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;Full English proficiency.What we look forHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
