This is a place where you can find a career with meaningful purpose—improving lives through your life's work.About The RoleBoston Scientific is looking for an Intern through a program promoted by the Portuguese Government, "Estágio Profissional", based in Lisbon. The candidate we are looking for will sign an internship contract with the government of Portugal and he/she will work in Boston Scientific for 6 months. The person will be based in the Lisbon office. He/she will be part of the Neuromodulation team, dealing with high-tech devices. It is mandatory that the candidate has never done an "Estágio Profissional" before. Your Responsabilitites Will Be Management of orders blocked due to lack of stock, in coordination with logistics and sales teams. Inventory management of marketing materials for the Neuromodulation division. Preparation and creation of internal purchase orders (PO – Purchasing Orders) in corporate systems. Preparation and management of internal requests for events and other related activities (IRF). Organization and preparation of necessary documentation for scientific and corporate events. Registration and coordination of enrollments for internal events, in collaboration with training and marketing teams. General support for the department's administrative tasks, including communication with suppliers and internal teams, and the use of digital management tools. What We Are Looking For In You The candidate MUST be less than 30 years old; Office: Lisbon Training background: "Pós-secundário não superior com créditos para prosseguimiento de estudos de ensino superior" Level 5 Digital Marketing knowledge/experience English & Portuguese level: B2-C1 or above. Spanish level would be a plus. Advanced level on Office tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Microsoft Access would be a plus. Knowledge on database design and analysis would be a plus.
