Requirements: At least 7 years of experience in leadership positions with a proven track record in achieving targets and goals. Possesses keen attention to detail. Knowledge of SEO best practices , including content and technical optimization. Experience in a fast-paced, remote work environment. A results-focused team player. We win as a team, we sink as a team. Able to work between 6 a.M. and 3 p.M. ET Exceptional English writing and communication skills Responsibilities: Lead and manage the content team to ensure high-quality output, efficiency, and consistent execution. Continuously improve team performance: quality, processes, guidelines, and innovation. Plan and deliver weekly training. Ensure clear communication across internal and external teams. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the General Manager. Identify best practices, propose improvements, and implement content strategies. Organize regular content reoptimizations and edits Occasionally produce or edit content. Test and implement new tools to enhance workflows. Anticipate recruitment needs; recruit and onboard content specialists Recruitment steps: Complete a short questionnaire. Submit answers + CV. Interview with the Recruitment team.
