Serbian Speaking Content ModeratorWe are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Serbian Speaking Content Moderator position in Bulgaria, supporting one of the world's most influential social media platforms. Key Responsibilities- Analyze and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and social media policies
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in a fast-paced, social media industry environment
- Identify emerging trends and patterns in content to provide valuable feedback to our client's safety teams
- Handle sensitive and challenging content with professionalism, maturity, and strict adherence to privacy protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation tools and community safety standards
- Achieve daily productivity targets while upholding the quality standards expected in this Serbian speaking Content Moderator position in Bulgaria
- Stay updated on local and global cultural nuances relevant to the Serbian market to provide nuanced content
- Native or fluent Serbian (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in English for professional communication within an international team
- Valid EU passport (mandatory for this role)
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for social media safety
