Join Us as a Forecasting & Reporting Manager – Shape the Future of Cloud Migration at Unit4

Are you ready to take the lead in a transformative journey? Over the next 18 months, we'll transition all our customers to the cloud, and this pivotal role will be at the heart of making it happen.

As our Forecasting & Reporting Manager , you'll leverage your expertise in analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making to drive the success of this ambitious project. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, you'll develop insightful reporting tools, identify trends, and ensure a seamless migration process. Your work will directly impact the success of our cloud strategy, setting a new standard in enterprise technology.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain standardised reporting templates and KPIs to measure in-delivery migration success
  • Detailed cloud migration macro level tracking against defined KPIs for pipeline and in-delivery projects
  • Identify any trends or potential blockers to report into Proactive Interventions Manager
  • Drive ownership to resolve data quality and hygiene issues across the business
  • Consolidate regular reports to the Cloud Forecasting & Reporting Lead to provide high level migration progress and performance updates.
  • Collaborate with other CMOO roles to ensure data accuracy and relevance
  • Act as the data product owner for all of cloud migration

Key interfaces and ways of working:

  • Work closely with the Cloud Resource Management Manager to align resource forecasts with project needs .
  • Interface with the Cloud Migrations Operations Director to provide insights and updates influencing strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Use data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Works closely with project managers to track the progress of ongoing migrations and provide insights on potential risks

Qualifications

Skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to identify trends and extract actionable insights to inform decision making and process improvements
  • Strong attention to detail to drive high standards of data integrity
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and trends in a clear, concise and visually engaging format for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Capability to build and manipulate data models for advanced forecasting and strategic planning
  • Knowledge of cloud migration methodologies
