You will leverage your technical expertise to resolve complex issues, support ongoing development, and ensure high-quality software solutions for our clients. We are looking for Software Developer who will: Provide advanced technical support and debugging for critical software applications, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate with development teams to analyze and interpret Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), ensuring alignment between support and development efforts. Contribute to the ongoing Software Development lifecycle, including defect resolution, enhancements, and system improvements. Perform comprehensive Software Product Testing to validate fixes, new features, and ensure overall system stability and performance. Develop and maintain clear and concise Technical Writing, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and support documentation. Engage in Stakeholder Management, effectively communicating technical information and support progress to internal teams and external clients. Actively participate in an Agile Principles-based environment, contributing to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Potentially offer Mentoring Youth within the team, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster growth and development. Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have: Proven experience in software development and/or L2 technical support roles Experience with Java Experience using Kafka as a messaging system Working knowledge with PostgreSQL database Experience working with containers & container management (Docker, Kubernetes, Swarm). Experience with centralized logging platforms (Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana) CI/CD Toolchain (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub).
