Here's what you'll bring: Strong knowledge of Office 365, especially Exchange Online (Enterprise environment). Networking, protocols, authentication (Basic, Kerberos, NTLM), and PowerShell foundations. Experience with DirSync, Azure AD Connect, DNS management, and network capture analysis. Active Directory knowledge (FSMO roles, domains & trusts, Sites & Services). Conduct in-depth research and troubleshoot complex issues. Advocate for your customers and keep them informed throughout the process.
