The Project Management Coordinator should be one of the faces of the team towards our customers and the key actor in gathering requirements and iterating on delivery to make a profound and long-lasting IT impact through Cloud-driven transformation. Our Cloud Adoption work involves a complex delivery of different disciplines that comes together seamlessly, and this position is the architect behind this delivery.Location: Aveiro, PortugalThat's what it's about Coordinate and agree on project meetings with various participants and stakeholders.  Logging of team, project, and customer appointments.  Continuous documentation of interviews and meetings.  Support the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders.  Create presentations and project-related documents (e.g. Excel spreadsheets).  Capture project status and metrics for presentation to both the client and the team.  Support in meeting timelines/deadlines.  Prepare project documentation for reuse in other projects. This is you Initial professional experience as a PM or in a similar role (e.B. team assistant, project assistant, project management).  Already part of a technical project team.  Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working.  Knowledge of modern development methods (e.B. Scrum, Kanban). Confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello Jira) and O365 (Excel, PowerPoint)  Fluent in English. Nice to Have:Know how to support your team with strong communication skills and contribute conscientiously and enthusiastically.  See your qualitative and goal-oriented way of working as the best advertising for the company.  Be flexible and like to get involved in new issues with every project.  Acquire missing knowledge on your own initiative.  Distinguish yourself through precise communication with the customer (in remote meetings, onsite appointments, emails, telephone, and chat).  Be open to feedback and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.  Keep an overview, be detail-oriented and even in stressful and hectic situations, have a pronounced organizational talent.  Familiarize yourself with unfamiliar topics and complex issues through quick comprehension.  Strong interest in cloud computing and IT.
