Role: Program Manager
Location: 100% Remote, Portugal/Brazil
Requirements:
- 4+ years ofexperience inSoftware Development Project/Programme Management - Experience managing multipleteams and workstreams, including teams of 20+ people - Proven experience delivering eCommerceprojects,ideally within a retail environment, including migration/re-platforming initiatives - Strong understanding of the SoftwareDevelopment Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and release management - Experience with stakeholder, vendor, and budgetmanagement - Good knowledge of cloud/on-preminfrastructure, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) - Strong leadership,communication, risk management, and organizational skills - Professional proficiency in English
